Replacement Policy
Any and all electronic gift cards once purchased by the customer are non-refundable, nonreturnable, and non-cancellable once the order is placed. The delivered electronic gift card is guaranteed to be exactly as described and in working condition, if Your delivered electronic gift card is not as described or not in working condition, please follow the steps outlined in this Policy.
This Replacement Policy (“Policy”) outlines the replacement process for electronic gift cards that the Customer has claimed to be defective and/or faulty (“Faulty Product”) and which is purchased through the portal administered and managed by NODWIN Gaming Private Limited (“Digistore”).
Throughout this Policy, the terms “We” and “Us” refer to Digistore. The terms “You” and “Your” refer to the purchaser of the Faulty Product (“Customer”).
The step wise replacement process for the Policy is as follows:
1. Contact Information: In the event that the electronic gift card purchased by You is faulty and/or defective, please reach out to Us at epinsupport@nodwin.com within 24 hours of
discovering the defect and/or fault in the Faulty Product.
2. Validity and Redemption Period: We will first need to verify that the Faulty Product is still within its validity and redeemable period. The validity period for electronic gift cards is 1 year from the date of purchase of the electronic gift card.
3. Investigation and Resolution: Upon confirming that the Faulty Product is still within its validity and redeemable period, We will initiate an investigation into the issue with Your Faulty Product.
4. Replacement: If the investigation confirms that the Faulty Product is indeed faulty and/or not working as intended, We will proceed with replacing the Faulty Product. This process typically takes up to 15 working days from the date of Your initial email.
5. Exceptions for Refund: A refund will be provided to the Customer only when: (i) the fault and/or defect of the Faulty Product cannot be cured or resolved by Us at any cost, and the replacement of the Faulty Product is not possible at all for any reason. The refund will be processed to the Customer according to the refund policies/process and timelines provided by the resellers and/or the publishers of the Faulty Product; and (ii) the electronic gift card that You have already purchased cannot be provided to You by Us due to any reason.
Kindly note, Digistore does not take responsibility for any kind of chargebacks. The Customer is solely
responsible for it.
